How to create a controllable output for triggers?

Basically, I want to know how (if possible, of course) I can create an output that I can insert objects and their functions into to call when a player enters a trigger, not unlike the “OnClick” UI in the editor.

Is this possible, and if so, how would I be able to achieve it?

I actually figured it out myself via several Google searches. I learned about Unity Events, how to define them, and how to use them to create my trigger. Hopefully, that helps anyone looking in the right direction!
