How to create a panel during runtime

Hi, I want to create a panel dynamically so I make a panel and save it as a prefab. But when I call Instantiate(thisPanel) in script, the instantiation is completed but I can’t see the panel. What else should I do to display the panel?

    public Vector3 spawnPos;
    void Start()
    {
        Instantiate(statusPanel, spawnPos, statusPanel.transform.rotation);
        Debug.Log("Panel is created");
