How to create an animated arrow and flow for a Jet Engine simulation?

I suggest you try to write the simulation result to a Texture3D asset and use that as base input data for static visualization.

Or if you need that to be animated then you could use some combination of SDF and Vector Field files to draw particles (or trails) moving through these pre-baked fields.
