How to create asset instance by script?

I have imported an .mb file to Unity.
I want to create instance of this asset by script during run time.
The idea is to create this geometry object when I want to where I want to.

I’ve found AssetDatabase.CreateAsset(…) method, but it isn’t supposed to be used during run-time.

What I should use instead?

make a prefab from your asset then somewhere in your script

Instantiate(myPrefab, transform.position, Quaternion.identity);
