How to de-install an old version of Unity

I have two versions of Unity installed (4.6 and 5.3).

Now I want to de-install the old version but, in Windows “Programs and Features” it only lists the 5.3 version.

What is the proper way to do the de-install?
If I just remove the application folder won’t that leave other folders and/or registry entries?

Go to your installation folder. Then execute Editor/Uninstall.exe
