How to detect is Trigger is touched on Oculus Quest with XR Input Actions

Any example of the new 2019.1 XR input system?

I'm so excited to see there is a new XR input mapping system in 2019.1: https://docs.unity3d.com/2019.1/Documentation/Manual/xr_input.html But haven't been able to find any code example showing how to use it. Does anyone know how to do something as simple as say spawning a cube in the position of the controller when the trigger is pressed? Any help would be much appreciated!!

I use it regurally to detect if the trigger is pressed and to what extent it was(threshold float value of 0 to 1)
