How to disable editor popup messages that appear when you press play and other things?

This is seriously annoying, how to disable this?:

You can increase the “Busy Progress Delay” time in the General Preferences. If you set it to something high like 5 seconds the bar should only show when the operation takes longer than that time.

Note that doing what Xarbrough suggests will hide the dialogue but it won’t make Unity work any faster.
