How to disable quality settings menu once the game starts?

I want to disable them so i can add In-game settings

The Configuration screen is listed in Unity as ‘Display Resolution Dialog’ and can be found in the Player Settings (Edit → Project Settings ->Player Settings)

Setting the dropdown to either ‘Disabled’ or ‘Hidden by Default’ will stop the menu from appearing when you first launch the game.
