How to display item field instead of "Element 0" in Scriptable Object inspector

I have a scriptable object showing up in the inspector. It has a list of structs and instead of showing “Element 0” I want it to show custom text. For example something like a combination of the pawn name and the pawn owner which are both strings.

Here’s what it looks like in the inspector:

The scriptable object that is displaying looks something like this in code:

[System.Serializable]
[System.Serializable]
public class SaveDataSO : ScriptableObject
{
    public struct SaveData
    {
        [NonReorderable]
        public List<PawnInfo> roster;
    }
}

And then pawn info is something like this:

[System.Serializable]
    public struct PawnInfo
    {
        public PawnStatus status;
        public string pawnName;
        public string pawnOwner;
     }
