If I want to distribute android game only to beta-tester’s devices, how to?

If you are setup on the Google play store they have a new beta testing feature where you can do exactly what you described.

You can also use TestFlight.

Wow, TestFlight completely slipped my mind. Go with TestFlight, it should be easier to share beta testing abilities.
