How to do "neon" effect?

Hello. How can i create “neon” effect like in picture?

What effect do you mean? There are lots in this image.

  • Emission
  • Glow
  • Bokeh
  • Volumetric light

Basically, you just apply a Material with Emissive onto an object. Then stick Unity’s ‘Post Processing Stack’ onto your Main Camera and activate Bloom. It now should look exactly like in your picture there.
