How to edit multiple tangents simultaneously

Hello.

Is it possible to edit multiple tangents simultaneously from the curves editor? I have an an animation where I change a gameobject scale and I would like to manually modify the curve form in the three axis. Though I can select the three keyframes all together when click on the tangent it seems that only one keyframe is selected giving this result

So… how can I edit them and once? or… is it even possible ?

Regards

This drives me crazy! As far as I can tell you have to just adjust them each and then eyeball it?

That is what I’ve been doing so far… not very convenient though :frowning:

Yes this is truly frustrating.

Yeah I’m having the same problem now too with animating all three scale (xyz) properties! Only way I’ve figured out how to get it exact is by only modifying one of the curves (say the x) as you want the tangents to be, and then copying these modified keys over to the other curves to overwrite the old keyframes’ tangents. Only works if you want them to be exactly the same though. Lol

I’m running into this too, you’d think it’d have multiple tangent editing… It’s only natural… lol Really inconvenient…

Bump. Just like we can select multiple points and move them together , we should be able to select multiple points and modify the tangents as well.

We need this feature

+1, really frustrating not being able to grab the x,y,z anchors and edit them in unison, I thought this had been added?!

Feature needed.

It’s a must!

Any update on multiple tangent selection?

googled this again today out of frustration, and ended up at the same thread I posted in a few years ago, haha. This is really frustrating for folks who author a lot of animations in the editor.

I just want to add to this beauty of a thread that yes, I, too, was surprised that this isn’t possible (and I read the manuals). Ungh?!

This needs to be fixed.

I’d be really happy to use such a feature.
I have several animation curves in scriptable objects and it would be nice to edit interrelated curves together.

been waiting for this for the last 8 years. Hope is a very resilient bug in your mind…

Bump, this could be a really cool quality of life feature to add…

I’m back a few years later to bump this thread again.

We need stuff like this in the editor.
After all… what’s an editor if it’s inconvenient?
