The vcam will behave as if the target moved suddenly from the original target’s location to the new target’s location, so it will apply its normal damping algorithm according to its Damping settings. If you want to control the blend, then the way to do it is to setup 2 vcams, one for target A and one for target B, and activate/deactivate them to make the transition. Then, you have access to blend settings for that transition.
