How to enable a particular prefab out of multiple prefab using OnCollisionEnter?

Am trying to enable effect prefab for arrow when it collides with one gameobject, there are 3 cubes and 3 effects, each collision will enable that particular effect.

Attach this to your cube and drag your particle effect into the reference in the editor.
