How to Enable uGUI on the Unity 2022?

Hello everyone, I’m doind a Unity course that uses uGUI to create the UI, but my version of Unity is not enabled the uGUI only the UI Toolkit, so I’m not beeing able to follow the courses, could someone help me to enable the uGUI instead of UI Toolkit?

I’m not sure what happened to your project but UI (the menu to add uGUI stuff) is on by default for 2022. Have you tried creating a new project? Did you pick any special settings for your project you’re showing here? What you’re seeing is not expected with regular projects.
