Hello,
I am new to Unity, and I use Blender for my modeling and animating.
However, I can’t seem to export the animations I make in Blender into Unity (5).
Currently, I am just making a few armature bones connected to a mesh move, and using keyframes for the animation. When I export it (as a .blend file, and/or an .fbx) and import it into Unity, the animation plays in the corner box in Unity but not in the game itself.
I know it has something to do with the “Rig” section of the model file, but specifically the root node area.
The animation only plays when I select the Legacy option instead of the Generic one, but I’d rather have it work with the Generic.
I want the animation to play at all times, can someone help me?
