I’m new to blender and I cant find the option to export to FBX.
It’s not listed in the File->Export list. I’m using Win7 and I’ve found blender scripts in “{user_path}\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender.blender\scripts” and theres a “export_fbx.py” file so I guess it should work (I’ve tried setting this path in the user preferences and still no luck). Blender version is 2.49a and when it starts it says that it found python installed.
You should be able to import the Blender file into Unity (Import Assets). But my experience with Blender and Windows Vista has shown that it only works if you install Blender using the .zip installer and put the files in something like C:\Blender instead of the super write protected directory it likes to install to. Then just point the Blender to the correct scripts directory.
