how to find all objects with geometry in a given 3d space

I would like to be able to get a list of all objects that have any geometry (not just centers) within say a cube in space. any ideas on how id do this?

the obvious answer is just to iterate through all gameobs and check if their extents? are in the given space but was wondering if there is a more efficient way

I would say your way is best :slight_smile:

You could always add another layer on top to make it faster, such as a Sweep and Prune collision detection ( might be overkill if your only checking one to many), or use Unity’s physics system with colliders on each object ( prob not a fast way of doing it )
