How to fit camera to my assets?

Hello, I’m new to unity and c#
(sorry for my english)
I’m trying to fit a drawing I made in aseprite as the border to the camera.
the original size of this picture is 336 X 304 pixels.

I can’t understand how to effectively make this drawing to fit the camera without starching it or make it look blurry…
I want to make the game itself run inside of the empty (white) space.
anyway I can’t even fit the camera well.
I tried to make this as an image under a canvas object in the UI menu, but it doesn’t look quite right…

and then if I try to fit the other assets (the inside space is equal to 256 X 224 pixels) inside the white space it looks bad, starched or blurry

I can’t figure out a way to make this without ruining the images.

9-slicing your border should do the trick - Unity - Manual: 9-slicing Sprites. You may want to extract some of the texts that you have on the border as the separate image, so you will be able to position it however you like
