Hi, I have been having trouble with getting my animation to stay in place with the parented Gameobject. Every time I run the scene and the enemy chases me, the enemy runs toward me off the parented Gameobject then glitches back to the parented object. I am not sure why this glitch happens, but I think it has something to to do with the animation itself and its looping. For example the running animation runs off the starting position then glitches back to the starting position, and does not run in place… Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I actually just figured out the problem which was quite simple. In Mixamo I had to change the character animation to run in place. and then download that file which fixed the problem :).
