How to get a Refund

I canceled my Unity Muse subscription starting in March, and since Muse was not listed in the Unity Cloud subscription menu, I believed it was properly canceled. However, subscription fees continued to be charged until November. I have not used Unity Muse from March to November. Please let me know how to receive a refund.
