How to Get the movement of the mouse's scrollwheel?

Hi. I want to do a script for change the weapon using the scrollwheel and i dont know how to use this feature. How to use in Input preferences this object.

And same with some keys like Caps, Control, Tab, Enter, …

Any idea?
