How to get the nice Unity Look

I’ve seen the nice grey unity look in tutorials such as this

However mine doesn’t have it. Instead its an ugly grey and this bugs me a lot.

I attached a png of what mine looks like.

Is there any way to change its style or am I stuck?

The dark theme requires Unity Pro.

If you have Pro, it’s in Edit->Preference->General->Skin
