How to get The path of Library folder On IOS/Android

hi guys.
I work on creating instance via Reflection.
on standalone. The Assembly-CSharp.dll is in Library/ScriptAssemblies/ .
so i code this to get it:

Assembly.LoadFile(UnityEngine.Application.dataPath + "/../Library/ScriptAssemblies/Assembly-CSharp.dll");

But i think this is can not worked on mobile.
Is there any way to get it ?

You cannot load an assembly on iOS, it causes a JIT compile which is illegal. You can do it on droid, but are you sure you have that assembly in the path you mention (the build is not the same as the editor structure and your APK is a ZIP file which needs decoding from in any case).
