I’m looking to create a combat system similar to chrono trigger/FFXIII (entering a monsters vicinity procs battle, with no scene/map change) but I know don’t where to begin nor have I found other sources. Any direction will help.
It’s just some UI and some scene changes you need to apply or reverse when going back from combat mode. You need to lock player in a specific area of your level with popping up invisible colliders, active enemies combat ai, play UI effects and animations to show or hide battle controls, that’s it, nothing special
