How to import code in runtime?

Is it possible to import a Unity script in runtime? For example, you have a ready C# script outside of the Unity project and you want to load it into Unity and compile it during runtime. Does it work the same way you would import images with www?

basically the compiler is not in a Build, so you won’t be able to simply add a Script like you’d do as import an image over www.
