I have picked a song and it is the song “Virus” no worries I am not publishing this game but I just wanted to ask how to import the song to Unity. I watched the video in the series Make a Game but when I try Dragging the music file to the project pane and then an error saying “Unspecified error during import of AudioClip Assets/Music/Martin Garrix - Virus No Vocals [ToniJ Remix] (1).mp3
UnityEditorInternal.InternalEditorUtility:ProjectWindowDrag(HierarchyProperty, Boolean)
UnityEditor.DockArea:OnGUI()” and it wont let me put into the game

3For this it requires audacity… You need to add the music file to audacity and export it as a MP3. This way it recognizes it as a official MP3 file. I had this problem for years as well and Im glad you asked. Im sorry this is such a short answer but I dont think it should be to complicated.
Please Like this comment and reply if it works/doesn’t work as for it will help me a ton in the future. Thank you for taking time to read this

Let me know if you find out a solution. Im getting the same thing with videos but it says quicjtimetools.exe has stopped working. I cant fucking import a single movie and there is nothing anywhere on the internet for how to fix it
– Vice_VersaSame but I am not importing a movie. All I know is that an FSBTool is something that takes care of Mp3 files
– FredycomI just wanted to ask how much KB, MB or GB is required to download Audacity? The newest version.
– Fredycomdo not repeat this simple questions !!! do not waste moderator time! just search Google for this questions
with multiple version of unity out there, requiring other software to perform tasks like this, windows 10 upgrades screwing up little things, and yosemite being an all around useless piece of shit, questions like these usually have deeper reasons for not working that new users would not expect and would not find right away by googling. Questions like these are by no means a waste of time
– Vice_VersaDownload audocity
Try to copy-paste the file into Asset folder from your file explorer
– HelliumThank you for answering I will try all of these but I just wanted to say that every time I try importing the mp3 files, a box comes up saying, "FSBTool has stopped working" and then it looks like it is not working. Do any of you know how to fix this. I have tried restarting my PC but it didn't help.
