How to import project?

Excuse me for the extreme newbie question.

I have downloaded the 3D Platfrom Tutorial Start

How can I import it into Unity? Thanks! Mick

In Unity, go to File → Open Project . Then, browse to where that project is located. Select that project. Then, open it. Good Luck
