How to install the project that was lost?

Hello, the problem is that I had to delete the memory of my computer, and I lost my Unity project, thankfully I have a copy in .zip format, but I do not know how to open the file to have the project inside me Unity account.

Please can someone help me?

you need to unzip the Assets and ProjectSettings folders somewhere. In Unity or the Hub, open the containing folder. if you don’t know the version, there is a version txt file in the ProjectSettings folder telling you that
