Possibly a silly question, as I can’t see it being either asked or answered elsewhere…So…
I’ve already got the free Unity3D installed on my Mac. If I buy the Unity3D (free) + IOS, do I need to uninstall the installed version first before re-installing new one with IOS?
Unless I’ve missed something (else…), I can’t see anywhere within Unity itself to allow me to buy the IOS upgrade…
When you buy those add-ons (i.e iOS or Android), you’ll normally get a serial key which you can enter in your (already installed) free version. No need to download it again. But as of 4.0, there is a new license management where your account itself (?) is bound to the licenses. In Unity, go to Help > Manage License… and then click on the big “Check for updates”-Button.
