Good luck!
well it totally depends on what you’re asking.
Do you want to work with graphic design, or art. they’re totally different aspects.
I work with graphic design myself and ‘drawing’ isnt really a part of the process. If you want to do graphic design that will probably be more focused on UI/UX/Icon work, for your needs. what you really want to do is research in UX, learn about how users interact with design so that its functional. Only then will you create what you need.
Id recommend Illustrator personally, but photoshop works nicely also, there are just a lot of disadvantages when it comes to doing UI work. I feel restricted personally in photoshop.
If you want to do concept art, study anatomy and body form, If you’re serious about learning you should jump in on one of those life form session where you draw some guys junk. you’ll see shapes in the human body that you would never have seen before, you’ll start to to see things how they are and not how you think they are.
There is a lot more to purposeful design then picking up a pencil and drawing.
I think we all have studied the shapes of our junk so no need for that
You could always google those kinds of things.
Start with the creative illustration book, it covers all of the basics:

There are no shortcuts, just practice.
Ask for critiques from people you respect and accept their critiques without complaint. If you complain, you are going to repeat your mistakes. This is the main reason people never get better. Everyone can become a better artist.
Digital drawing is a production tool. Traditional drawing and painting is where you need to start.
I followed ToonBoxStudio courses, one of the best tips I got is to draw libraries of different body parts and poses, stick them on a wall, then piece them together into unique characters. And of course lots of practice and copying others work/style.
