I have checked some posts like http://forum.unity3d.com/threads/32760-Making-a-color-wheel-color-picker to detect the color with mouse but how could i make the image for the color picker like the image shown in the post but making it by scripting as i am not sure if that image is free or not. Maybe someone knows of a image like that and can be used for free.
