How to Make a Cutout of a Wall?

Hello, is there a certain tool or something to make a cutout of a wall?

I tried using 3 walls layered so that it created the same effect, but it seems when i add my texture to the walls, they don't match too well due to the separate walls' textures not lining up.

Thanks in advance! I really appreciate the help.
