So I am making a VR Project, I have to make the different type of extinguisher extinguished different type of fire (I am really bad at explaining) and the problem is I don’t know how to make the fire extinguisher shoot the chemical and make it stop the fire.
Using a HTC Vive
The fastest and easiest way I can think of would be to use particle systems for both the extinguishing effect and fire.
Check on YouTube, there are lots of tutorials about how to use particle systems, I’m sure there are even tutorials on how to make fire out there.
Also check the Asset Store - there are lots of cool particle system packs, some of them even free, that will probably get you what you need. I have seen quite a few good fire assets out there.
