How to make a flare permanently stay on

Hey,

I need some help with Flares.

I’m using a flare to simulate the glare around a car’s headlights.

The problem is that the flare behaves intermittent when the car is moving in front of the player’s car.

How can I make the flare to stay on as long as the player camera can see it?

use a mesh around the headlight for the effect for example

Flares are just that, flares, they are bound to “camera sees the flare causing light source”

But how can I simulate the glare around the headlight using a mesh?
