Hi… A friend and I are planning on developing an app that basically is a leaderboard on a website… We’d like to know if it is possible to make an app that then takes the leaderboard information from the website and automatically updates it to the app… Think of it like a craigslist listings app… It takes the info from a website and automatically updates it to the app. If it is possible… What would be the best way to do it? What languages would be best to learn on the web and app development side? Thanks so much
Use PHP to create the webapp, and use the WWW class to contact your server from Unity.
