How to make a Roulette Game(Implement Spinner)?

I am trying to make a roulette game. I am done with almost everything, the only issue am facing is making the roulette spinner.

What i want to do here is throw a ball in it so that to goes round the spinner and stops as the speed decreases gradually.

what else i want to do is i want the ball to stop at the number where i want it to.

Just decrease speed of balls velocity you can use Time.deltatime for that. @KaushikRahul
