How to make a shaky camera

I want to make a shaky camera for a turn-based game. In recent Pokemon games for example the camera goes two points left, returns, two points right, return and so on. How can I script that for unity ? Being able to also put the time between the three points would be helpful so I could regulate if the camera movement was slow or fast. Any help is good, thank you !!!

If you download Cinemachine, it has a feature that allows you to add noise to your camera. It’ll overhaul your camera system, but it might be worth it!
