How To Make a Timer in SS:MS Style

Hi Guys, i need to make a timer in my game in SS:MS Style

can any one help me ?

No idea what “SS:MS Style” means but I made a wild guess that you meant seconds and milliseconds like 0:000, 1:500, 80:951
