How to make an enmy and an AI

Im new to u unity and i was wondering how to make a person that walks that also comes with an AI and trys to shoot you.

believe it or not Unity ANSWERS usually has answers to people who say such things as "I'm new to Unity." They also seem to be the people who look for already answered questions the least.
