How to make an iOS and Android local multiplayer game with bluetooth?

So, are there any plugins which would allow to make a local multiplayer game in which both iOS and Android devices could play at the same time? Would Bluetooth be the way to go?

If there are not any ready-made plugins, would it be possible to make this kind of game otherwise?

Anyone? Or is wifi a better way for this?

There’s few bluetooth plugins in the asset store,
no idea how well they would work though…
