How to make android app license?

Dear all,
I would like to know how to make android application with license? Is it possible to make license for app with unity3d? And more over that app license acts like a software license. It means that license become expire when exceeds time period and we have to provide new license to the user again. Any idea about my query.

You can make the app free and mention in the description that the user will have to subscribe to use the app, then when in the app you can use Google Play subscriptions to lock or unlock the app to the user.

Thanks for your suggestion Mr.CDDelta. There is no other way to make my app license. Actually need my app like a software licensing.
