OK. So you need a specular shader for your material that has specularity as one of its properties.
There are various types of specular shaders available in the Unity that you can use as per your need like:
To create the desired effect of glossiness you can set the value for Specular Color and shininess in the shader. The exact value of shininess and/or Specular Color that you require is what you need to decide based on your needs and may take some experimentation on your part.
