If you’ve ever played Terraria you know that the GUI when you pick up an item, does not follow the camera and it kinda floats upwards until it fades away. Is this possible to do in Unity?
I won’t tell you exactly how to do this (unless you will have a problem in which case I will help you) because you should figure it out yourself. I can give you a few tips however, the first one is that you will need coroutines and the second one is that you will need lists.
Set the Canvas render mode to World Space.
