How to make it so only certain Files are used for Android

If you check out the Angry Bots they have a script for the little Joysticks. Yet when you do it PC version it does not have them. I noticed it seems to use certain files only when Building for PC and only certain files when Building for Android. How do I make it so it will use certain files for Android only and not PC? Are there any good Tutorials? Thanks
