How to make lighting similar to karlson

So i am making a 3d fps game, but i feel like the lighting is really bland. What are some good baked lighting setting that make my game look a bit like the karlson demo. Thank you for anyone who replies.

Ambient Occlusion seems most prominent there, could be unity Post Processing AO there, but can bake it also,

Well do you have any good setting for baking lights because whenever I bake lights it just makes the scene very dark
