How to make NavMesh ignore (go through) bushes generated by the terrain?

we just noticed that our navmesh ignores terrain painted bushes and our AI goes around bushes which we do not want, the scene is pretty big and it will be hard to remove them manually, bake new navmesh and put the bushes back in place.

Any help would be good, thanks!
