How to make object position device independent?

The coordinate system that I used in Freeview Game scene is changing when using specific aspect ratios. How to make it screen size independent. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have a sprite named cycle. I positioned it at -2,-2 using inspector.but when I use the transform function to get the position it shows -3.5,-6 for all positions regardless of where I place it. -3.5,-6 is the left bottom corner of the screen.
