How to make objects fully light up, instead of just one side?

When i place a point light next to my object, I would like it to light up all sides equally, instead of just the sides that are facing the light.

If you want to illuminate an object from all sides equally, try modifying the lighting settings of the scene. Window>Lighting. The ambient light setting will illuminate all angles of geometry equally.

Placing any other kind of light will always have non-uniform effects across an object, as that’s how lighting general works.

Keep in mind though that ambient light will effect all objects in a scene, if this is not what you want to happen, then you will have to consider alternatives, of either a lot of lights (not ideal) or an alternative method of how your objects are “illuminated”. Perhaps using a custom shader.
