How to make particles normals always point up? For coloring porpuses (built-in RP)

I’m made this snow particle system and I’d like to make all particles react equally in light and shadow (so its Lit), no matter its rotation.

In the image below you can see the snow flakes (I made them bigger for this) and some of them are darker because of its rotation. My though process is to make a blue (0,0,1) normal texture and plug in the material, but that doesn’t work.

You can use the Particles/Standard Unlit.

They need to be Lit, so that shader wont do
